Situated on the North Kent Weald along a quiet country lane, Hazelwood Lodges provide informal yet comfortable accommodation. Despite their rural aspect the Lodges offer easy 45 minutes access to London or the lush Garden of England countryside.
Here, guests can simply relax and take things easy. But those seeking a more activity packed holiday race around the Brands Hatch circuit in a bona-fida Formula 1-style car; drive through marshland in an all-terrain vehicle or just enjoy one of the many track days.
Walking and cycling routes pepper the winding country lanes as do horse trails with a nearby riding school from which to explore this area of outstanding beauty. Fine National Trust and English Heritage homes and castles; glorious gardens and challenging golf courses are all within easy reach. In fact, you are near enough to get to Redlibetts Golf Course, one of Kents finest, in your golf cart!
Enjoy a West End show and gourmet meal direct from nearby Longfield Station (10 minute drive) or hop across the Channel from the new Ebbsfleet International Eurostar Station (5 Miles). If shopping is on your list of holiday activities, then you can chose from the stylish modern Bluewater and Lakeside shopping centres, or for something different browse the many antique and speciality shops found in the area.
With exposed pine beams, doors and furniture the properties have a rustic charm all of there own.
Entrance is via a sun veranda, a superb setting to dine alfresco on those balmy summer evenings into a well equipped traditional open plan kitchen/diner with a charming lounge area complete with double sofa bed (if required) and stable door with rear views over the garden.
The pretty spacious bedrooms (with double or twin beds, depending on your preference) also enjoy garden views.
The fitted bathroom includes a large power shower and cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c.

This cottage, for us, was a great location. a 5 drive to Longfield RR station and then 30mins into London. Grocery store in New Ash easily accessible. minutes from the White Swan pub, good food great atmosphere. Bluewater only about 15mins drive.
Furnishings were modest but comfortable. A modern kitchen and bathroom. Well maintained and very clean.
Owner on site but NOT intrusive. Highly recommendable for a couple wnating te tast of country but close to London, and Paris!!!!!
