Prawles Oast Barn, surrounded by picturesque countryside, is the perfect hideaway for those seeking peace and tranquillity. Close to the pretty little village of Ewhurst Green with the golden beaches of the South Coast and tourist attractions too numerous to mention, all within easy reach, you will never be short of things to do. An idyllic location from which to ramble along the many walks within the area, yet, amazingly, the sights of London or a night at the theatre are within 80 minutes direct from Battle Station.
This tastefully converted Scandinavian style lodge offers contemporary luxury living at its best. French doors from the decking open into a light, airy attractively timbered open-plan lounge/dining room incorporating a kitchen area.
The décor is in a clever combination of neutral colours mixed with berry red to add to the Scandinavian feel of the property. In the hallway corridor, leading off from the lounge and adjacent to the kitchen, is a utility cupboard. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, stylishly furnished in soothing pastel colours and a spacious wood finish bathroom with power shower over bath, vanity unit, w.c and under-floor heating.
Adjoining the property on two sides is an enclosed private decked area with a range of planted tubs and foliage, perfect for alfresco dining and drinks. The Barn is situated opposite woodland and approached by a driveway shared with the owner's property.
Agent's Note: One side of the decked area is raised above ground level and only protected by a post & rail fence. Therefore guests with young children should be aware of this.

| Fabulous place - extremely well equipped. Location was lovely - very quiet and peaceful. Owner left amazing goddy bag of food & drink - really nice touch. Only slight complaint, we did find it a bit cold intheliving area with only electric wall heaters to use - otherwise fine. - PB France | |
