Camber, East Sussex.
At the end of a private road and along a farm track Bridle Cottage is one of two properties, originally stables, that enjoy an idyllic location and offer a haven of peace and tranquillity. Sitting side by side both cottages have been thoughtfully converted to provide informal but comfortable holiday homes.
The traditional English seaside hamlet of Camber is a short walk away with its varied selection of shops, pubs and places to eat. From the wonderful Blue Flag beach with towering sand dunes and golden sand running over ½ mile to the waters edge at low tide, visitors have plenty of opportunity to enjoy bracing walks and beachcomb for exotic shells. Visit the beach at nearby Pett and Fairlight where the sandstone cliffs glow red in the distance, best viewed on a summers morning or early evening. The cottages are ideal for beach lovers with so many seaside resorts within easy reach including Hastings and Bexhill, together with the smaller resorts of Winchelsea, St Marys Bay and Dymchurch,
The historic town of Rye is only 3 miles away, with cobbled streets full of unusual character shops and galleries offers a 95-minute train ride direct to London. Or why not sample the gastronomic delights of France with a day trip across the Channel from either Folkestone or Dover - only a 40-minute drive away.
Both cottages are of similar size and layout, charmingly decorated and furnished in light bright tones. Step into a fully fitted kitchen/diner with door leading to lounge with a double sofa bed offering the added benefit of additional sleeping for two people. This room also enjoys lovely views over the garden and gives access to the twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The en-suite shower rooms are fitted with shower cubicles, w.c and wash hand basin.
Well-maintained and attractive gardens border the cottages on three sides and are a particular feature of both properties. After an activity packed this is day just the place to sit with a glass of wine to watch the sun go down.

Both gardens back onto fields where sheep regularly graze, dogs must therefore, be under strict control.
