Beside the Sea offers spacious self-catering accommodation over three floors. The main living area is on the first floor with lovely views and romantic sunsets over the marshes can be enjoyed from the Juliet balcony. Clean, contemporary lines are the order of the day with Egyptian cotton bed linen and The White Company fluffy towels adding touches of luxury.
The pebbled patio garden is perfect for barbecues and is fully enclosed, so safe for little ones. For 'big kids' wanting to bring their 'toys' with them, the large, secure, integral garage is ideal for storing surfboards, bikes, golf clubs etc and drying wetsuits.
Ground floor:- Cloakroom. Bedroom with double bed and doors opening onto the patio garden. First floor:Open-plan living area - Kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, Dining area with table and six chairs, Sitting area with flat screen TV and DVD player.
Second floor:Master bedroom with king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room with basin and WC. Twin room with two 3' beds. Family bathroom with (shower over), basin and WC.
Outside:Pebbled garden with decked patio area. Wooden table with director chairs and gas barbecue. Integral garage and additional parking place in front of garage.
Additional amenities:Portable radio, cot, high chair, stair gate, hair dryer, bed linen, bath towels (not beach towels). Sorry no Pets. No smoking.

| Three-storey home in a very quiet neighbourhood with similar holiday homes, most of them seemingly owned / occupied by British. Living room on the second floor, so from there no immediate entrance to small garden (on the North side).
