Acorn Chalet is an extremely spacious semi-detached bungalow in a peaceful country location within a pleasant walk of the picturesque village of Sedlescombe. Standing within the owners two acres of beautifully maintained gardens the property offers a pleasant retreat for couples.
The idyllic 1066 Sussex Countryside scattered with splendid castles, ancient monuments, award wining vineyards, golden sandy beaches and, whether you have green fingers or not, you are sure to enjoy a visit to one of the many beautiful gardens set in the glorious countryside. However, if you can manage tear yourself away, London is only 80minutes away direct from nearby Battle Station
Furnished with many personal touches giving a homely feel throughout, the accommodation is on one level and is particularly suitable for guests who are none too sprightly.
Entrance porch opens into hall area, which gives access into all rooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you will require for your stay and the bright and airy lounge/dining room is a key feature of the bungalow with open fire and superb views over the owners garden. The charming bedroom with floral accessories has an en-suite bathroom with sunken-bath, wash hand basin, wc and a separate shower.
Patio doors open from the lounge onto an elevated patio; ideal for guests to while away the hours and enjoy this typical English garden. Secluded and quiet, simply a haven of tranquillity.
Agents Note: Guests are welcome to use the small circular swimming pool and the old, but serviceable, tennis court. (Rackets and balls supplied).
