Set in the Heart of Kent, in the small village of Tudeley, world famous for its church with beautiful windows by the Russian painter Chagall and close to the market town of Tonbridge, this wonderful 16th Century barn combines character and charm with the comforts of modern living.
Enjoying an idyllic and peaceful location adjoining unspoilt countryside, the barn is perfect for a relaxing holiday but ideally situated to explore the many attractions Kent and East Sussex have to offer. A network of footpaths and bridle ways allows you to plan anything from a short walk to a full days hike. Cycling, golf, sailing and fishing are also all within easy reach. Local villages offer a wonderful source of crafts, antiques and souvenirs for those who enjoy a spot of shopping.
Sympathetically restored, Latters Barn is beautifully furnished to offer spacious and stylish accommodation.
Enter into a superbly equipped kitchen/breakfast room with beamed ceiling and farmhouse table, with a door through to a magnificent lounge with deep comfortable traditional style sofas and a large wood dining table, complemented by exposed oak beams, wood floors and soft rugs.
A charming twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also on the ground floor. Wooden open tread stairs lead to a superb master bedroom with luxurious en-suite shower room.
The barn has a private, peaceful garden, ideal to sit and dream, read a book or enjoy a meal.
Agents Note: There is a small fenced pond in the garden, please ensure children are supervised at all times.

| Ideally located for all the sites in the south east with many pubs serving good food within a few minutes. - AJ Scotland | | | Etwas ausserhalb von Tonbridge gelegen, sehr charmante und hübsche ausgebaute Scheune. Vielleicht nicht für kalte Wintertage geeignet, aber im Sommer genau das Richtige. Die Bilder hier täuschen nicht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Eingangstür. Tonbridge ist schnell erreichbar. Von hier geht es super mit dem Zug nach London (30 bis 40 Minuten Fahrzeit). Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Lebensmittel in Tonbridge. Ein guter Pub mit gutem Essen in ca. 100m Entfernung zur Unterkunft (The Poacher). Mit Livemusik jeden Donnerstag.
