What's more the main A21 trunk road offers easy access to a myriad of local captivating attractions and activities including the hustle and bustle of London.

The two nearby towns offer, between them, a wide range of leisure facilities with bowling, multi gym, tennis, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, golf courses and if you have any energy left, in the evenings there is a lively theatre programme throughout the year at four local theatres as well as a multiplex cinema.

An assortment of annual events and festivals can be found locally, ranging from a spectacular traditional firework concert at Tonbridge Castle to a contemporary Winter Street Festival in Tunbridge Wells. Many local National Trust properties also put on musical and theatrical events, including alfresco plays at Hever Castle Lakeside Theatre where the lake acts as a spectacular backdrop.

So much to do and all on the doorstep!

Adjoining the owners house, the décor of soft shades of ivory with linen fabrics and complemented by vibrant splashes of colour gives a contemporary chic to this attractive property.

Property Reviews
We were very pleased overall with this property. It was clean, well furnished and in an excellent area for touring the Weald of Kent. The owner was vey friendly and helpful. The only minus side was a slight lack of kitchenware eg. there was no casserole dish so I had to buy one for myself and no small aperitif size glasses. - CR UK
