Garden of England Cottages are always looking for high quality properties to add to our portfolio, specialising within Kent, Sussex and Surrey. We have a strong demand for all types of properties in these areas –cosy cottages, city apartments, character farmhouses, oast and barn conversions- by the sea, in the country- large or small. With over 11 years experience in the holiday and short-term rental market our aim is to help our property owners achieve maximum occupancy throughout the year. We instinctively understand that no matter what the reasons for letting your property you will want to capitalise on your investment. That is why there is no charge to register with us, no charge for inclusion in our brochure, no charge to appear on our website, in fact no charge at all until we achieve results for you. We then simply charge a competitive rate of commission but only on the weeks booked. THEREFORE- NO BOOKINGS-NO FEE!
Our on going marketing strategy ensures the best possible exposure of our properties to potential visitors. Worldwide we reach as far a field as Australia and the Far East through VisitBritain guides even translating advertisements into the language of the country, also supported by a network of overseas agents and our website, showing property details, virtual tours, rental rates, real-time availability and on-line booking, we are actively leading the world to the Garden of England. Throughout the UK we advertise in a wide range of national publications with targeted magazine campaigns to visitors with specific interests e.g. ramblers, birdwatchers, pet owners. Brochures are displayed in Tourist Information Centres throughout our area and with independent travel agents in the northern counties. Locally our centrally placed offices in Tunbridge Wells with a prominent front window display of properties enables us to maintain low season bookings by way of Short Term Rentals. We actively work in association with estate agents and other contacts to find accommodation for insurance claimants, temporary work assignments, permanent job re-locaters, people between houses and families returning for overseas. And... we are on the move! Our sign written car attracts a great deal of interest when it is out and about and has appeared at a number of events that have taken place within the area, also in London and France. Leaflets about our services are available wherever it goes. We do appreciate that owners may wish to books weeks for friends and family and even for your own guests therefore we place no restriction on the number of weeks you reserve for yourself. We are always happy to help anyone considering purchasing, converting or letting an existing property for the holiday rental market. We offer comprehensive advice on how to meet at least the minimum 3 Star VisitBritain quality Assurance Standards and due to the relationship we have forged with VisitBritain over the years we are able make all the arrangements for your property to be graded at a discounted rate.
